Hello!

I am Arjun Kalyan from Chennai, India (22 y/o).  I became an IM in the year 2018 and a GM in the year 2021. My current Fide Elo is 2509 and my peak Elo is 2537.  Last year, I pivoted from being a professional chess player to various other fields in chess. I am one of the coaches of the Indian national team which recently won double gold at the Chess Olympiad.  I have worked with a few top players, notably for Praggnanandhaa at the Candidates 2024.
