I grew up in Anchorage, Alaska, and currently live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Some of my  accomplishments include first place in the 2008, 2009, and 2017 National Chess Congresses, 2010 Philadelphia International, and 2011 Limpedea Cup. I was a weekly columnist on Chess.com for several years.
